General Terms and Conditions and Game Plan

1. Definitions

In these General Terms and Conditions and Game Plan, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:

  • Operator: The entity that operates the online casino, Duelbits, licensed under Czech law.
  • Player: An individual who registers and participates in gaming activities on Duelbits.
  • Games: Any gaming activity available on the Duelbits platform, including slots, roulette, blackjack, live games, and sports betting.
  • Account: The personal account a player creates and maintains to access the games on Duelbits.
  • AML: Anti-Money Laundering measures as per Act No. 253/2008 Coll.
  • KYC: Know Your Customer procedures required under §41 of Act No. 186/2016 Coll.
  • RTP: Return to Player, as defined by Decree No. 208/2017 Coll.

2. Operator and Licence Information

Duelbits operates under a valid licence issued by the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic (Ministerstvo financí ČR) and is subject to regulation by the Specialised Tax Office (Specializovaný finanční úřad). The operator ensures compliance with all applicable Czech laws and regulations, including the Act No. 186/2016 Coll.

3. Registration Process

Players must complete a registration process to participate in gaming activities at Duelbits. The registration process requires players to:

  • Be at least 18 years old.
  • Provide accurate personal information, which will be verified against the Central Register of Inhabitants (Registr obyvatel) as mandated by §46 of Act No. 186/2016 Coll.
  • Maintain only one account per individual.
  • Confirm registration within 30 days from temporary registration to gain full account status.

4. Player Account

Each player is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials. The account must be used personally and not shared with others. Players are required to update their account information promptly to reflect any changes.

5. Payments

All financial transactions on Duelbits must be conducted in Czech crowns (CZK). Cryptocurrency transactions are not allowed. Payments are processed using secure methods compliant with 3D Secure and PCI DSS standards. Withdrawals are processed within three business days in accordance with §65 of Act No. 186/2016 Coll. 6. AML and KYC Compliance

Duelbits adheres to stringent Anti-Money Laundering (AML) regulations as per Act No. 253/2008 Coll., and Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements under §41 of Act No. 186/2016 Coll. This includes identification, Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) for high-risk profiles, Politically Exposed Persons (PEP) screening, and reporting suspicious activities to the Financial Analytical Office (Finanční analytický úřad, FAÚ). Records are retained for ten years.

7. Game Plan

The following outlines the categories of games available on Duelbits, including their specific rules and regulatory compliance:

Slots

Slots have a minimum RTP as specified by Decree No. 208/2017 Coll. Maximum bet and win limits apply. Random Number Generator (RNG) certification is conducted by GLI, iTech Labs, or BMM. In the event of an interruption, spins will resume where left off.

Roulette

Roulette games adhere to a minimum RTP requirement. Players can place bets within the maximum allowable limits. RNG certification ensures fair play.

Blackjack

Blackjack games feature a standard minimum RTP. Maximum bet and win limits apply to all players. RNG certification is mandatory.

Live Games

Live games are streamed with real dealers, adhering to the same fairness standards as other games. Limits on bets and winnings are enforced.

Sports Betting

Sports betting is conducted under strict guidelines with a focus on fair and responsible gaming. Maximum bet and win limits apply.

8. Bonuses

Duelbits offers various types of bonuses, including welcome, deposit, free spins, cashback, and reload bonuses. Each bonus is subject to specific terms, including wagering requirements, which must be completed before withdrawal. An example of a wagering requirement is as follows: if a player receives a bonus of 500 CZK with a 20x wagering requirement, they must wager 10,000 CZK before withdrawal.

10. Complaints Handling

Players may submit complaints within 30 days of the incident. Duelbits will endeavour to resolve all complaints within 30 days of receipt. In unresolved cases, players may contact the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (Česká obchodní inspekce), Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Praha 2, adr.coi.cz, or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform at https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr. Additionally, regulatory issues can be addressed to the Ministry of Finance of the Czech Republic or the Specialised Tax Office.

11. Liability

Duelbits accepts no liability for any damages or losses arising from player negligence, misuse of the platform, or breach of terms. Liability is limited to the amount of the player's last deposit. Liability for force majeure events is excluded.

12. Taxes

Players are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on winnings, as mandated by §10 of Act No. 586/1992 Coll. Duelbits does not withhold taxes on behalf of players.

13. Termination of Services

Players may terminate their accounts by notifying Duelbits in writing. Duelbits reserves the right to terminate accounts for breach of terms or regulatory requirements, with notice given to the player.

14. Disclaimer

Participation in games is restricted to individuals aged 18 and over. All content on the Duelbits platform is protected by copyright laws. Duelbits reserves the right to geo-block access to ensure compliance with jurisdictional regulations.

15. Changes to Terms

Duelbits reserves the right to amend these terms with a 14-day notice. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

16. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms are governed by Czech law. Any disputes shall be resolved by the courts of the Czech Republic.

17. Final Provisions

The invalidity of any provision of these terms shall not affect the validity of remaining provisions. These terms constitute the entire agreement between the player and Duelbits.
