Pursuant to § 46 of Act No. 186/2016 Coll. and the AML Act No. 253/2008 Coll., Duelbits retains personal data for a period of 10 years for anti-money laundering compliance. For accounting purposes, data is retained for 5 years as required by applicable Czech accounting laws.
